Highly reliable. very neat and highly satisfactory gas furnace install. Gave the best overal price and even did some extras

Review: I CALLED HYGRADE HOME SERVICES ([redacted]) ON JULY 20 (FRIDAY) BECAUSE OF NO HOT WATER. THEY INSTALLED THE FURNACE AND HOT WATER TANK 3 YEARS AGO. THE TECH SHOWED UP JULY 21 (SATURDAY) AND WAS NOT TRAINED TO SERVICE THE FURNACE BUT SAID IT NEEDED A CLEANING AND THAT WAS PROBABLY THE PROBLEM. I CALLED [redacted] JULY 23 (MONDAY) TO SEE IF HE ORDERED TH PARTS (GASKET KIT) AND HE SAID YES. THAT THE PARTS SHOULD ARRIVE EITHER TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM ALMOST DAILY 2 OR MORE TIMES LEAVING MESSAGES. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACK YET. IT IS NOW AUGUST 7 TUESDAY OVER 3 WEEKS HE HAS BEEN IGNORING MY CALLS. I HAVE MY SONS 2 CHILDREN HERE 3DAYS A WEEK STILL NO HOT WATER FOR PROPER BATHING WASHING . THAT IS UNHEALTHY.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

Review: A shut off valve was not installed with the installation of a new furnace and hot water heating system.On the old system there was a shut off valve going to a forced air blower zone in the basement. This valve was unknowingly remove without my permission and not replaced with the new system. This zone now has a leak and there is no way to shut off the water to that zone without entirely shutting down the system.It took multiple calls to get an initial response. When contact was made I explained the above issue to the Principal: Mr. [redacted], Manager and an appointment was made for them to come out and make the repair. They never showed up for the appointment nor called to to tell us they would not be able to make the appointment.It has now been over six weeks making multiple phone calls, leaving messages; and to this date, all calls and messages have gone unanswered.Know that I been been courteous and clear in all my message, nearly begging them to call me back; but nothing, not a single call; all communication is being ignored.At this point the leak is being caught in a bucket and need to be emptied periodically to avoid flooding in the basement.I simple don't understand why they can't call me back and show up for the installation of the valve they removed. I am very dissatisfied and upset with this situation as is stands and want remedy as soon as possible.JimDesired Settlement: I require them to call me back, set up and keep an appointment for the installation of the missing shut of valve as soon as possible.

Review: [redacted] installed our humidification system. The first time we turned our furnace on it was not working. (water was not flowing through the clear tubes the workers installed) Had them return to fix product. They appeared to fix because I did see a small amount of water trickling through the clear tubes they installed. However, the following year when we turned on our heating system the humidification system was NOT WORKING AGAIN. There was no water flow throughout the clear tubes they installed. Called HYGRADE [redacted] owner and explained the product he installed was once again not working properly and needed to be fixed again. (I also explained that I have severe sinus issues and had a sinus operation and really needed this system to work.) His words, "well I don't know what to tell you." We spoke a few more minutes as he was guiding ME the consumer to try and fix the product myself. Then told me that he would call me back and have one of his workers stop over. This was over 2 months ago. Ever since it is clear he is avoiding my calls. I've left several messages and so has my husband. He will not respond to our messages. Therefore his BRAND NEW product continues to sits and not work. We had this product installed I believe 2011/12 and shortly thereafter HYGRADE was called back to fix as well as the following year to date. We never received any literature information on this product.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] OWNER OF HYGRADE to properly fix our new humidification system he and his workers installed. Stop avoiding our calls and exhibit proper custumer service. We are highly disappointed and cannot afford to pay someone else to fix his product that continues to fail. This product was installed because my husband was battling BONE MARROW FAILURE AND MYSELF CHRONIC SINUS ISSUES. WE EXPLAINED THESE ILLNESSES TO [redacted].
