Dear Ms [redacted] : Thank you for allowing Pro-Aqua North America an opportunity to address [redacted] ***’s concerns regarding the Pro-Aqua Cleaning system she purchased from [redacted] , an authorized, independent distributorship of Pro-Aqua products located at in Washington The Company manufactures high quality cleaning systems, which it sells to independently owned and operated businesses or “distributorships.” These distributorships then sell the cleaning systems to consumer end-users via in-home demonstrations As such, the Company’s relationship with the distributorships is that of vendor/vendee Despite this vendor/vendee relationship, the Company takes complaints seriouslyWhile returns and refunds must be made directly through the distributor and not us, we do have a service technician on our end that would be able to help out Ms [redacted] with full repairs of her machine If Ms [redacted] is agreeable to this, we can get her in contact with our service technician in order to resolve this issue If you have any questions, please contact me directly at [redacted] @ [redacted] .com Thank you Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Relations Specialist Pro-Aqua North America

Revdex.com spoke to Michael at business and the following was relayed: If the customer wants to attempt to pursue a warranty, the manufacturer is germany based and their website is pro-aqua.deIt sounds like there is an object caught somewhere along the unit and the best service guy to call for that unit would be *** who operates *** *** *** of Syracuse, ###-###-####

As a wholesaler, with no direct sales to customers, we want to express our sympathy for the experience the customer had with an independent distributorWe understand the situation and have reached out to the office in question to fix it and be sure no similar situations occur in the future

Jennifer has been trying to communicate with Ms. [redacted] regarding her banking information, and they have been trying to resolve the issue. I will communicate to Jennifer that Ms. [redacted] still feels that her issue is not resolved, however, as I understand it, correct banking information was not provided by Ms. [redacted] when she initially signed her contract to purchase her machine.
