Hyland Hills Apartments

Review: I was sent to collections but I paid my dues. My issue resolves with 5 attempts with just trying to make contact via in person via email via phone to resolves this after I bought a house and moved out the apartment. The service here was absolutely horrible. from my entire HVAC system being replaced. broke appliances. Loud Tenants. Bugs. etcDesired Settlement: Better treatment to residents. Please investigate this place. these are absolute scam artists.

I have paid my dues here my only intention is to bring justice before anyone else moves here. They present themselves as a welcoming apartment community. The staff including maintenance, is poor at best. I tried 5 times just to make contact with these people regarding details of why I was charged a particular amount. No one contacted me. Next I received a letter saying my account was sent to collections. I once again called. My apartment was infested with bugs for my last year and a half I eventually gave up notifying them. my last 6 months they started sending emails to be part time maintenance workers. If they treat them anything like tenants they probably quit. They pretty much charged me to recovery some money after the 10 year carpet was unacceptable for the new tenant, and created a false reason to do so. (i was only there 3 years). If Revdex.com wants to resolve the money issue that's great but honestly I am happy to be gone.

The carpet in his apartments was replaced on 3/27/13 in the L/D/H before he moved in.
