Hylo Seats

I purchased tickets as a Christmas gift back in November 2019. They were for a basketball game scheduled for March 2020. Due to the Covid virus the game was cancelled. In June I received an email from "Ticket master" indicating that since the game was cancelled the refund was returned to the purchaser, Hylo Seats. I made several attempts to call them but no one answered. I sent several emails including an executive complaint, but received no reply. I called them everyday for 2 weeks and continue to receive a message indicating that no one was available and that I should call back. I attempted to contact them through the website but the site is no longer available. I am very disappointed with this company as they were very friendly and helpful when I purchased my tickets and for this I give them one star. I learned my lesson and will be sure to purchase tickets for concerts and sporting events directly from Ticketmaster. Totally disappointed, I let all my family and friends know about this company and ask them to pass this on to their family and friends.I am currently attempting to recover my $500.00.

Purchased 4 tickets for Phillies vs Cubs at Wrigley Field as we all know the season is limited playing with no fans.I did contact Hylo Seats and was told I wouldn't get a refund until my game was cancelled this was in June and my game was April 25.I was told the end of June that I was eligible for a refund and that I would get an email which never happened. Made several attempts to contact them and no one answers emails or phone calls. I spent $449.00 which I probably won't see.

On 0/1/29/2020 I booked four tickets for the grand Ole Opry in Nashville Tn .
Their refund policy as stated in contract is that if the event is cancelled a full refund would be made. The Grand Ole Opry was closed the full month of June. After many repeated attempts to contact them by telephone (which they don't answer ) & many email's that they do not acknowledge or respond to, I am regretfully filing this report hoping to help someone else avoid losing the $483.00 or more I spent on these tickets

I am trying to get a refund for a cancelled MLB game on May 9. No one is answering the phone or my emails. Amount owed $216.86
