We contracted for bedroom crown molding install, bedroom and master bath paintBeginning crown molding install, it was clear the contractor did not know proper mitering at right angle corners Instead, molding was overlapped, with unmatched design Upon request, molding was removed, walls repaired All respectfully negotiatedSubsequently we brought in an experienced carpenter for proper install Believing we were still under painting contract, and because we had a long standing, positive relationship with original owner of Hynes Painting/Interiors (father), we invited the contractor back to complete all paintingHe agreed without issue Painting contract states "one coat master bath woodwork" and "two coats bathroom walls" A new bedroom rug was installed days after painter left Next day, while cleaning/assembling bath and bedroom, four small bathroom areas were noticed that did not receive proper finishing Chipped baseboards should be sanded for paint to adhere
