[redacted] Jul It is July and I still have not been contacted by Hynes or [redacted] I am having a phone problem in that my phone asks callers to leave me a message but then I cannot retrieve any of the messages I am home frequently during the day but if I am out, it is necessary to just ignore the announcement saying you should leave a voice message

I have had several project performed by Hynes over yearsThey have always been honest and truthful .They have never let us downOur roof was done in ,our house has been painted several times over the past yearsI would recommend Hynes for any project you might need

*** *** She has been serviced .She has a very slight leak in an area that we did not contract to doA rep has already been to the property months ago ,and found everything to be sound on the work Hynes performedThe job is quite small and asking the Rep to come out again is over stretchingWe are willing to do what it takes,we have been there times with the same results.We value our customers ,but are unable to do something that does not existThank You Michelle H***

Hynes has been around for years, my parents used them and when I recently bought my first home it needed some TLC, from painting to a new roofI called Hynes and explained to them that I was a new homeower and that my house needed some work, but I was not sure of what exactly it neededThe office staff was very friendly and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and take a look within a day or two, when the men came out they were polite and answered all of my questionsWithin a few days I recieved an estimate, that seemed fairChoosing Hynes was an excellent choice my house looks like a new house with new stucco work, paint and a beautiful roof

I am rejecting this response because: The roof is not installed correctly.  The decking is coming apart and the roof is sagging.  Installing free ventilation is the first of two steps to resolving the problem.  But the roof decking has been compromised and needs to be replaced.

I recently entered into a contract with Hynes Home Improvement for installation of two exterior doors at our home in Haverford. Hynes demanded a $1500. deposit which I and my wife paid. They never came back to do the work and have refused to refund our $1500. I got a judgment from the local Magistrate Court but John and Michelle Hynes have refused to pay. They are dishonest and scofflaws. Do not give them money or trust them.

The roof is installed correctly. Hynes still offers  installing free additional ventilation. I am a  willing to have a mold test done to determine if mold exists .
