I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Money was refunded but we never recieved a letter to issue the parentsThe order was not slightly delayedIt was more like three weeks delayed

We've worked through a solution with Ms [redacted] and her husband on this complaint.We expect Ms [redacted] to agree, and close out the complaint as soon as possibleAfter reviewing the situation, we've agreed 100% that our salesman is at fault for the mistakes madeColor was incorrect, and customer was overcharged for shippingWe've honored a 50% refund and processed this in full for the customer [redacted] agreed that this was a fair outcome, and graciously accepted the offerOur correspondence is attached

sort of pixelationHe claimed that this was not the picture that he was sold.(He was shown a "mock up" of his socks - Our designers paste his logo on a sock to visually represent how they would lookThis was BY NO MEANS an artwork proofAfter receiving this frustrated email, I agreed with *** and told him that I would work with him to get his socks replaced.A few days went by, and I reached back out to ***, indicating I was concerned we couldn't get the design exactly how he wantedI offered a partial refund on the socks he received (the ones he was unhappy with).He graciously accepted, and I thought this matter had been closed out. I don't know why there's a BB complaint - and I would like it to be removed imediately.Our Email correspondence is attached for your reference

complaint about a month ago about the company Hype SocksSince then, the company has refunded us for the payment we made (we never received a product) and we are no longer working with themOn September 2nd, I received an email saying our complaint with Revdex.com has been closed and the company never responded and now the company is emailing me and calling me to closet the complaint since they paid and mine is one of two complaints open on them. Can you direct me in what I need to do to close out the complaint (if it is not already). The complaint is under: ID *** Thank you!

Ms. [redacted] ordered socks from us during our most busy time of year. It was explained to Ms. [redacted] on multiple occasions that her order would be slightly delayed. She was OK with this delay, and requested a letter that could be sent to her organization. This letter was sent promptly, and...
helped Ms. [redacted] explain the delay to her organization. After this delay, Ms. [redacted] was given the option to cancel her order, or wait for delivery. This order was canceled and all of Ms. [redacted] money was refunded. This complaint should be removed immediately. Thanks, Tony ###-###-####

Originally, he placed an order for Hype Socks.
Once he received, he expressed his frustrations with the pixelation of the design.
Mind you, 100% of knit...
in products show up with some sort of pixelation. He claimed that this was not the picture that he was sold.
(He was shown a "mock up" of his socks - Our designers paste his logo on a sock to visually represent how they would look.
This was BY NO MEANS an artwork proof.
