The customer can return the item for a cheerful refund of $16.00. See any other unhappy customers on your website? Notice I have been in business for TWENTY FOUR YEARS?? Yet, I rate a D+ from you over this one case and you lost my response?? The customer obviously wants to keep the item, so there is value in it, but the only option I leave for him is to return the item in question. Parts are hard to come by, and specifications are always subject to change. Whatever, I have a stroke I had four weeks ago to recover from, return the item for a refund, or keep it, those are the options. [redacted]
