I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
This is in regards to the below complaint.  Although I still believe that the owner of the company bullied/treated me poorly when corresponding with me, I did get a full refund from Groupon. I am happy that Groupon responded in a positive way and satisfied with the end result.  If you do not want to pursue this complaint any further, I am okay with that decision.

I purchased a "level 1" detailing thru Groupon. The level 1 detail is advertised as a $150.00 value. Among other services it is stated a "wash and wax" is to be performed. This is misleading. The car is not washed and waxed. It is washed with a product that contains a wax. Buyer beware of this misleading advertising.
