Good Morning [redacted] I am responding to the letters of complaint that we received on 212/regarding [redacted] We replacedseveral window glasses for him and yes three have failedIt is my fault that I did not return his calls like I wassupposed toI had been waiting on the manufacturer to say they would replace the units under warrantyI hadsent them his pictures that he brought by to us at Clover GlassThe manufacturer did take a while to get back tous and they wanted us to take pictures of the units to confirm his pictures were correctThe manufacturer will besending Clover Glass replacement units.I have called Mr[redacted] and apologize for not getting back to himI also let him know we should have hisreplacement units in approximately two weeksOnce they come in, our office will give him a call to schedule anappointment
