Review: Rude responses to service requests regarding web site. When I issued a formal complaint, the staff member I complained about was the one who responded

My regular hosting company merged with another one. I received an email with some changes that needed to be made regarding passwords and usernames. I logged on following the links I was provided and became confused on how to actually access my website and make changes. I submitted a ticket. I was treated rudely and the tech rep was very condescending. I then submitted a complaint to the company about the tech rep.

The tech rep was the one who replied to my complaint, being even more rude. I told them that I would make sure to forward their comments to a person in charge to which they responded by saying I was harassing them and that they would not renew my contract when it came due.

They acted rude. I complained. And I'm the one who is accused of harassment?!!!! I have all the emails as proof. Unbelievable attitude. No way a manager would allow an employee to behave this way but I'm unable to get past the tech rep. I am really upset about this treatment. This company wont be in business long if they treat people like this.Desired Settlement: I paid good money to host and have web page building with [redacted]. They however merged with Hyperstreet. At this point, I have been treated very poorly. I would like my money back for the entire year of hosting as well as any charges for the web page and moving it to another provider.
