When I contacted them within minutes after sending the application (or just pressing the button) to tell them I did not want this service, they said they could not stop the application nor refund my fee for doing soThey also said that I couldn't close my account nor could I receive the balance of money that is mine in a paper check even though I don't want the accountThere are fees also for transferring any balance at al
I do business surveys for extra money and the people use this hyperwallet they suspended my account from money that belongs to mei do not caremif the amountnis smal it is my money and they will not let me get my own money.and no one is answering the conplaint
RE: *** - I was charged $over the past many months when my account was already active and set up for an auto-transfer The auto-transfers were not completed on their end My threshold was set at $ They indicate it was set at $which is ridiculous, as I rarely earn that amount It worked fine for nearly a year, with varying dollar amounts, several of which did not meet their purported $threshold I merely want the erroneous fees refunded I followed their instructions and refuse to be forced into allowing for fees that I do not owe

In *** Hyperwallet contacted us to inform us that we had the outstanding amount in our account and it needed to be claimedThinking the issue had been resolved I processed the transactionHyperwallet informed my that the transaction may take a few days - a week to be finalizedIt came to my attention that the money was never put in our account
After contacting hyperwallet to address why the money was not distributed to my account they informed me that on *** the money was taken from my hyperwallet account and returned to the sender
