I paid the contractor in good faith that he would follow thru with what he committed to
To date I do not have a drawing in my possession, don't know what permits if any were pulled and not so called OHSA red bolt installation PARTS AND LABOR as you can see it on the quote. I dont think that it needs to be done and would like a refund for this
I am meeting with the city of North Canton to move on and get the right people involved to get my project complete so that I can operate my business in the next weeks
