Although we want all of our Hypnobabies Home Study Course customers to be happy and we make every effort to make certain they are, this customer seems unaware of several facts, and we can clear up her misunderstandings here quicklyAt Hypnobabies, we have a "No Returns if package has been opened" policy because a major part of receiving and using the Hypnobabies course is downloading and using our program's many hypnosis MPtracks, and once downloaded, they cannot be returned or "un-downloaded"Since these tracks are included inside of the Hypnobabies Home Study Course, once downloaded, the customer is free to use them as they want, and no refunds can be providedIn addition, once the package has been opened and the workbooks and handouts are taken out and handled, like all other businesses, we cannot re-sell them at allHypnobabies cannot be expected to absorb the cost of a product that can't be re-sold In addition, Hypnobabies does NOT force a customer to open their Hypnobabies Home Study package by saying "YOU HAVE DAYS TO DOWNLOAD THE MP3s SO YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THEM IMMEDIATELY OR THEY WILL EXPIRE." Those words are written on the *order confirmation e-mail [redacted] in reference ONLY to the FREE Bonus downloads, which come right in the confirmation e-mail themselves, and can be accessed and downloaded immediately for our customers’ convenience, no matter whether they open their package when they get it, or notIn effect, we provide these FREE tracks to our customers assuming that they will keep the course they ordered, and if not, and they return the course *without opening it [redacted] as directed, they will still have downloaded the FREE tracksThe hypnosis MPtracks *inside [redacted] our actual Hypnobabies course have NO limit on the amount of time you have to download them at all, and nowhere does it state that there is a limit of time on themRegarding deciding to take a Hypnobabies class after having purchased our Hypnobabies Home Study Course, the customer made that decision on her own and the fact remains, as has been explained to her, that our Hypnobabies Home Study Course is a *self-study course [redacted] and the materials are formatted *very differently [redacted] than the live-class Hypnobabies materialsTherefore, she *cannot [redacted] use her Home Study Course materials to attend a live Hypnobabies class at all - they are NOT interchangeableIn addition, *nowhere [redacted] on our website, or web store does it state or indicate that: "it's buyer beware and the consumer's responsibility to know better.” In addition, Hypnobabies Instructors are independent contractors and they charge a course fee which compensates them for their considerable training, expertise, time (– hours of instruction for each class series plus class planning and cleanup time) and all of their student materials costsSince the Hypnobabies Home Study Course materials *cannot [redacted] be used in a live Hypnobabies class, the Hypnobabies Instructor in question has had to purchase all of the student live-class materials that will be used by each student in the live classes they teach, and that cost is included in the Hypnobabies class fee they charge each studentThank you for allowing us to clear up this misunderstanding

See the attached image.The directions are specifically unclear, referring to all MP3 tracks.
