Thanks [redacted] , So I bought a ecu from Built by [redacted] and I put it in my car and it ran horribleI called them to tell them my situation they told me it needed to be tuned? I told them I just needed a stock bbase map which they said they would load it onto the chip took it home this time its didn't even start my carThat's when I took it to Hypnotik Motorsports ( [redacted] )He was able to fix the issue had my car running good and it only took minsBuilt By [redacted] just doesn't know how to do ecusI've been told by a lot of people not to go to them and recommend [redacted] again thanks [redacted] your a life saver

*** *** bought the ecu on 3/04/he received it on 3/14/On March he told me something was wrong and he tells me that he opened the case (voids warranty) see if everything was on correctly (picture 3)On 6/11/he text one of the pins were not on right and everything was good again (picture 4)On 6/18/he text me again asking about the warranty I told him send it you are past the warranty but I would help him out ( I have the picture of that text but this only allows me to upload picture and available upon request)I didn't hear anything from him til 6/02/saying he sent the ecu Which was a lie ( copy of text upon request) I received the ecu 7/10/over a month after he said he sent it here's the tracking number (usps.com ***)Now at this point I was done with him I looked at the ecu noticed the chip backwards and the warranty labels removed I just sent it back to himIm not going to cover a item days after he bought the ecu and warranty labels removedEcu damaged was caused by his wrong doings

case (voids warranty) and that the chip had came off the socket and he had put it back on, well he put it on backwards causing the ecu to be not repairable. 5/5/2014 he text me again asking about the warranty I told him send it you are still within the warranty I didn't hear anything from him til 6/02/2014 saying he sent the ecu.  I received the ecu 7/10/2014 over a month after he said he sent it. I was done at this point and looked at the ecu noticed the chip backwards and the warranty labels removed I just sent it back to him. Below is the tracking of when he sent me the ecu back almost over 120 days after he bought the ecu. I also still have all of his messages saved?

Hello sorry I was trying to respond to the complaint but I didnt know how to go about that through the website,  i have read the response and I would like to see the proof / evidence of what hypnotik was talking about , he claims to have proof of our conversations so I would like to see that because I also have proof that he is lying. On another note if he didnt want to deal with the warranty issue then why did he agree for me to send out the ecu in the first place, it makes no sense for me to send out my ecu knowing it was out of warranty ? Also I would love to know the tracking number in which he says that he sent it back with . With that I at least can get closer to finding the truth about my package . Please get back to me thank you so much
