Did a horrible job installing heater. A year later still hasn't finished installation. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Had it been a place I owned rather than Renton I wouldn't be using this hack.

Review: I ordered four, brand new Whirlpool kitchen appliances on May **, **13 from this company. I opened and paid for this purchase with a Brand Source credit card. The appliances were finally delivered on August **, 2013. When they were delivered, my brand new hardwood floors in my kitchen were damaged. Not only that, but when my range was installed, they did not use a new, to code, flex hose which I paid $70 for, including installation. I had to have the flex hose replaced, to code, by my plumber. Lastly, the range that I received was damaged (cosmetically) and I had to call Whirlpool to have a replacement piece mailed out to me, and then I had to schedule a service appointment for a technician to come out and replace the damaged piece. I have spent hours on the phone with this business, with no solution 80 days later.Desired Settlement: I want my floors to be repaired by the original company who installed, stained and sealed my hardwood floors. I received an estimate to fix the floors and it will cost $749 (with tax). I also want to be refunded the cost of the range installation, since it was not properly installed (cost $70). Total of $819.

Here is our latest thread which should give you give you a good idea of what has occurred.

We sold her appliances and had an independent trucker deliver and install her appliances. A few days later she called and informed me there was a scratch on her floor which she claims was done by the trucker. I have no reason to not believe her and especially the part about the instillation of the range, where the installer did not put on a new flex hose. The trucker installer for whatever reason refuses to call her.

As the selling dealer I have offered my help in getting what she perceives is due her to rectify the damages done to her house and the faulty installation. I need her help in order to help her.

I paid your trucker for the installation of the range and microwave, conversion of the refrigerator door handle and removal of my old range, not delivery. The only thing I would have to get from your trucker is the $70 installation charge for the incorrect installation of the range. This was not brought to my attention until my plumber came to connect my water line. YOU wrote on the invoice that installation of the range includes a new flex house. Otherwise, my floors were scratched during the delivery portion. I paid YOU for delivery.

STOP emailing me. This is the third that that I have told you this. I asked you to not email or communicate with me again until you have a check made out to me for $70, for the improperly installed gas range with the reused flex hose (new flex hose was included in the $70 cost of the installation) and a check made out to [redacted] for $749. Improper installation and damage done by your deliver men.

I truly am at a loss of what to do for you. We have spoken several time and have developed a game plan that somehow is never followed thru on. Unfortunately my trucker has taken a stand that he did nothing wrong, and to hell with everybody else. I have no leverage over my trucker in that he was paid for his work, before you notified me of any potential issues. I can't go to court on my own, because I have no firsthand knowledge of the issues he has created,

only hearsay. For you to be made whole you need to go to court. I called your attorney several time and have not received any returned calls which you know.

If I did not believe you I would have told you so and taken the side of my trucker. The quickest way we can solve this problem is for you alone or with me going with you to the Bergen County Court House and filling a small claims case against [redacted]'s express for the damages in your kitchen. We would almost

be done by now if you had meet me there last week.

Again I am truly sorry about this and wish I could solve this myself, but I need you to help your cause.

I never said that you are an attorney, and I have never asked for legal advice from you. You have not offered several times to pay the filing fee. You offered

to "pay my attorney fees" as long as as your delivery person "does not find out". You offered to accompany me to the Hackensack courthouse to "write out checks''. This was not a scheduled appointment. I decline.

This is border line harassment and it has been 80 days of no solution and diffusion of responsibility on your part.

As I have told you in previous conversations, I am not an attorney and cannot nor will I give legal advice. It is my understanding that I have no standing in the courts between you and my trucker [redacted], not being an attorney I cannot represent you, so you must go to court or hire an attorney.

I have offered several time to accompany you and pay the filling fee so you can proceed with your claim.

I though this is what we had worked out this past week and I cleared

my calendar this morning for you.

Please call me so we can move on with this .

At this time, I have not been contacted by Hy's AE Source regarding complaint ID [redacted]. My last written correspondence, via this site, was filed on 11/**/13, almost 3 weeks ago.
