The reason why I have to resort of Revdex.com is because this business is lyingThe most basic human truth is this; If I had agreed to an inch sink, why would I make a complaint on them? The answer: This business is lying, they never called me and did an inch sink installation behind my backI spent a lot of money on my renovation, and I want things perfectThe funny thing here is when I tried to resolve this with them before resorting to Revdex.com, and I brought up concept "the invoice does not lie." I bought a inch sink and the invoice did not specify an inch sink anywhereThey quickly want to cover up this mistake in this response telling me that I did not go to their store for a final invoice changeThey didn't realized that they had sent me a final invoice over emailLies exposed Hysen, I just want hysen to fix their mistakeYou broke the Consumer Protection Law, own up to your mistake

Thanks for letting us know this. I have to explain something. When they first time walked in looking for their kitchen, as all their requests, I did the kitchen design for them, I did explain all the designs and details to them, they were agreed with all and placed the order with us. Then I opened...

the invoice with all the details include each cabinets size, items, countertop, sink, faucet… and since they have their own contractors, we also print out the layout, all the 3D designs from different angles, and invoice with all the details, and ask them take all the information back home, and double checked with their contractor to make sure everything is right, and we would place the final order for them after they confirmed, which is the normally way we do for all the clients. because we don’t want to bring any mistakes or delay for the clients. And they did check with their contractors about all the details, and called me back another day, said everything was good to go, and told us to have all the material for them a.s.a.p. Per all their requests, we placed the order for them, and when we tried to order the sink and countertop for them, we checked with the manufacture one more time to make sure the sink works with the existing sink base cabinet, because once the countertop sink part being cut, there’s no way can be exchanged or return, so normally we are very careful about this part. And manufacture suggests do not go with 21” cut-out size sink, which is too big for their sink base cabinet, then we called the client right the way, told them this sink they chose from beginning is too big to the sink cabinet they ordered, and he agreed to go with the smaller sink, which is 18” cut out size sink. Then we placed the order for them. and they keep rush the case, which we tried our best for them. And after several days, they called us, placed another 2 pcs saddles’ order over the phone which cost ex tra $65, since they are our customer, we agreed to order for them directly, and bring them the same day as their countertop and collect the extra $65 in the jobsite, and when we installed the countertop for them, our installer collected the rest balance for the countertop part without the saddle part, since it’s add on items over the phone, they forgot it. And second day, I found out this, and our installer called the clients back to request the money for the extra saddle part, then they refused. And then they start talking about the sink part which is that they agreed to change the smaller sink before, and we told them, we called them and informed the change to them, and they said they never receive phone call from us, and request records form us, sorry, we never record any phone call from the clients since we respect the privates of the clients. And they keep saying why the invoice wrote the bigger sink, and we gave them the smaller sink? We called them already, and informe d him the change already, but it’s over the phone did the change, and after that he never came to our office and never request the update invoice, so we just keep the update invoice in the office and wait for him come, and gave to him, but he never came for it. And he said since we don’t have any record for the phone call, and he request we change everything based on the first invoice they got. He talked to my boss, and my boss said the bigger sink won’t work for his cabinets, just like I told him before, but he said he want everything based on the original invoice which he has before, and we don’t want what the client unhappy, so my boss agreed to give him the bigger sink which he chose from beginning, and take the smaller sink back, even we lose money on this. But we also told them the bigger sink won’t work with the cabinets they have now, that’s why we told them before we cut the stone, which is he agreed before. And then they request change the whole kitchen cabinets, sink and countertop, which is we cannot do. That’s really too much for us. We already tried our best to let them feel happy, even we lose money. But they still request more than we can gave. So we don’t know what to do.
