The customer complaint was boiling coolant resivor and the motor has a miss. I communicated with the customer throuout the repair process. He was well informed of the problems and the cost. Car would not start on arrival. Damaged fuses wader in fuses. Battery
not making proper connection. Diagnose engine misfiring problem and coolant boiling in rescore. Visual inspection for leaks. Coolant test degrees indicates no coolant in system. Coolant pressure test no external leaks
Leak down teas indicates head problem both sides.. Compression leaking to passenger side and upper intakeCompression test confirms damage to both heads and or engine block one psi two psi three spin four spin five psi six psi seven psi eight psi. Conclusion two cylinders low compression significantly below specification. Conclusion: damaged heads. Repair or replace. Will not know extent on damage until head is removed. Possible block damage also. Most cost effective solution engine swap
It is unfortunate that not properly maintaining the car caused motor damage. I cannot restore compression to a dammaged motor. I cannot make coolant combust
*** is well informed as he has been in the automotive business for years. He does not want to pay his bill. This is an attempt to tarnish our good name in hope that he can intimidate me to the point that I will dismiss the bill. It will not work.

The customer came in with a self diagnosed timing issue and requested a price ot install new timing set and
new cam phazers. Ther was no diagnostics requested or charged. He informed mw that he had to get three estimates. A month later he came back requesting the
work
I took it on my own to request moost of the parts from one of my suppliers. They donated the parts. We completed the work. The parts failed. I replaced them at my expence. Then He requested OEM parts that he was willing to pay for. Again I installed them at my expence
I have consulted with two ASE Certified master technitions at my expence. They both agree. This motor has oil passage problems from the factoryThe design is no longer used because of the problems
The price was based on "Aldata" industry pumlished standard time with an additional hour tor the age of the truck
My offer to reduce the labor time by one half was more than generous

I had my car towed by [redacted] to Hytech Automotive to be serviced and fixed. I had explained to the owner [redacted]" what was wrong with my car and what part I thought it would need. After close examination by [redacted] and his "mechanics" they agreed and said it was the crank shaft sensor. [redacted] quoted for a price for the part and labor and began to install the new part. A few days later [redacted] contacted me and said that the part that was installed didn't fix my car issue. He told me to go to a dealership and get a factory set of keys, because his new diagnosis was "the senor in your key has gone bad". After I completed that task and returned with a new key I had just purchased , my car would still not start. He said he "had no idea what the problem was" this was after I was charged another 3 hours for a diagnostic and still had no conclusion. He called and went over the parts and charges, turns out he installed the wrong sensor. His response was "I thought you said the cam sensor, I'm sorry. I'll go ahead and put the other part on". After it was installed he told me my timing chain needed replaced and quoted me $500 for part+labor. I told him to give me a week or so to come up with full amount of $710 and he said OK. I came up and payed the full amount on February 27th. He told me my car would be finished Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I called several times Wednesday and he told me Thursday and it would be finished. I didn't receive a call at all Thursday. I had previously told him I needed it by Thursday due to a job out of town. Finally, I reach him march 13th on Friday and he told me that I would be done at 4pm. I'm sitting in the parking lot now at 8:34pm and it is still not finished. I was told to go get gas for my car because it was empty, once I returned I was told the fuel pump had just went out while I was getting gas. Not only has this business STOLE my money, they have installed wrong parts, lied about when it was finished, lied about what was wrong with my car, made me run up to a gas station for gas, and finally put me out a my job. WORST EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME. NOW IM OUT OF A JOB, OVER GETTING MY CAR FIXED!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE. THEY SHOUD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!
