I am rejecting this response because:I was told by him and Pam the that they lost my impression and he asked me if I was ready to make another in June of right in the waiting room he came out with a mask on and in front of patientsIn
he convinced me to buy those dentures it was not even to my liking and wanting and when l found out he lost them l did highly request my full money back
The parts about my being upset in his letter to the Revdex.com well I felt I was getting the run around, they or Pam told me to call in a few days then next week until I had nowhere else to go but to the Revdex.com
I did get an envelope letter from him with a check enclosed only and in the amount of $and no way will I cash this as an agreed amount in total a copy should be with this page of both the check and letter head
I feel that there should be more proof than just his word as for this lab he speaks of I wish someone would check into their receipts as they most likely would be numbered to show if this were actually trueI mean this lab would show both their past month and ahead month numbered receipts with no discrepancies in the numbersThen I'd have to ask myself why did he tell me one thing and now you this, it makes no sense to me
I still feel he owes me a total of $2,and as long as the Revdex.com knows I am not settling for this and need the Revdex.com to give me permission to go ahead and cash thisThen he would still owe me $2,that needs to be brought out into the new lightIs what he says true to you or me? This is what I was trying to deal with before you got involved I mean now we are getting different stories but the receipts will tell me he was lying to me and he lost my dentures because they said they would call me when they were in and they never did, as far as I know
I have proof of paying him the said money but will the lab he honest and prove to us this was true and tell us their story about my money if they did get it they had to pay taxes on this particular income, Right? There's just to many loose ends please check into this further for me

Review: I have a dilemma that has been going on for way too long now and very much need your help

with this dentist I was seeing. I used this dentist for a long time but in 2011 he made me believe

I needed to start paying for full dentures my teeth were all going to have to come out. He had me convinced of this, in fact even the day of him taking my partial which shows (attached ) I paid 5100,00 for he planned on pulling two teeth the same day. I am disabled and my back was hurting so I just had the impression made only. Then I started making payments that I felt I was pushed into but also thought I needed because of his say so. So I made payments in total including the partial I paid $2,500.00 this was all done back in 2011 and I was led to believe that when the money was paid the impression would be sent and the denture would be made. I got a chance to see another dentist soon after not getting my two teeth pulled by this DR. [redacted] and this new dentist saved one and I still have it and use it to this day. I have no insurance with the new dentist but he is a great dentist I believe and plan on keeping him as my dentist. | don't like this Dr. [redacted] and would never let him work on me again. Last month around the 10th of June I went to retrieve my denture l had paid for and can prove to you with the pages attached. When I went into the office I told a Pam who has worked for Dr. [redacted] for many years that I was there to pick up my denture. She requested a few day since it has been a few years so I called back a few days later and was asked for more time. A few more days past and l went into the office and Pam said just a minute, that's when the Dr. [redacted] came out wearing his mask and gloves in the waiting room and said he lost my impression are you ready for me to make you another one? He said this in the waiting room in front of all waiting and embarrassed me and I being shocked of this news and knew I would not let him ever touch me again I said “no” and walked out of the building. Then realized when I found all these bank statements how much I paid him I sent these same copies to him I have attached for you to see. I told him I wanted all my money back. I got no response so I called a day or two later and Pam said he wanted to talk to me and to meet with him at 12:30 pm this day. l reminded her l am still disabled and can talk with him over the phone. She said she would leave a note on his desk and at 12:35 l called again and said I’m ready to talk and she said he was busy and he would only talk to me in person. So I told her I feel he has been holding my money hostage and now that he won’t even give me the exact same time he wanted me in there to see him that now I feel he is holding my money at ransom. So now here it is almost a month and I haven’t received anything in the mail and I won’t down there alone and feel that he plans on extortion I feel he is holding my money at ransom. So now here it is almost a month and I haven’t received anything in the mail and I won’t go down there alone and feel that he plans on extortion and feel I need you to tell me if I should have to pay a price and how much and why? I do know he won’t give it back to me and he won’t tell me why over the phone because I think he thinks he can push me into it and I'm not ever going to allow him to touch me again. I should've got my money as soon as I asked for it I believe but now feel he plans on extorting some of this money but right now he is extorting all of it and I know he knows I'm not interested in him being my dentist so | don't have a clue what he plans on talking to me in person about. Would you or could you at least call him and see what he plans to do with my money? l mean without me going in there alone or will one of you go in with me to see how he treats me, he may even try to push you around too.

_Any way please call me or write me and let me know something about this situation I’m in.

Preferably you Contact him and find out what he wants to say to me face to face and. see if it

was extortion he planned on for me.

Please help me out of this situation as I really don't understand how he is allowed to do this to

disabled, I mean he could have done it over the phone or he planned on making me wait and wait until my back made me leave without seeing him and that was or is his plan. I just don’t know but do know he has my money and he lost my impression that I paid $100.00 for and he may not give that back to me without your help I’m pretty sure of this. Plus getting nothing for the other $2,400.00 too, no denture, no impression and no money back, I just don’t get it how is he allowed to do this to anyone?Desired Settlement: Refund
