Review: I turned in my leased Hyundai Elantra to Hyundai 112 on 1/**/15. I left thinking that there were no issues with the car. I then received a bill for $1227.46 from [redacted] on 2/**/15 stating that there was $730.00 worth of damages to the car and that I had to pay $400.00 for a disposition fee (plus tax). I was charged for a missing key as well - I have the key in my possession and would like to turn it over to [redacted] in order to receive a credit to my bill. I called [redacted] and they told me to give the key to my local dealer. I went to Hyundai 112 and spoke with the [redacted], [redacted] on 4/*/15 and he told me that he would waive the $400.00 disposition fee because I was a repeat customer - I bought a Nissan Rouge in the same dealership. He took a copy of my bill and said that he would take care of it. As of 4/**/15, the $400.00 has not been waived from my account and I can not get in touch with him about returning the key after MANY phone calls that have gone to voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like $400.00 taken off the bill as promised and the refund of the cost of the key.

Review: I purchased a car rom the dealer on August [redacted] 2015 and was promised to have new tires installed since the ones in the cart were bold. The car was purchased from the floor manager Daniel A. C[redacted]. He said take the car and will install them once we get in. After numerous times of ignoring my calls and never returning messages. I call him from a different number; when he realized it was me, he was nice to me.Mr. C[redacted] provided me with the name and number of the service manager who takes care of used cars. He advised me to call to take care of the issue Todd ###-###-#### Ext [redacted] I called many times and waited for an answer. days and weeks passed by. Finally after not response from Mr. C[redacted] or Todd I decided to file this complaint.If you have any questions and/or required proof, pictures receipts; feel free to contact me anytime.P.S. During the time I went to dealers in the area looking for tires; they mentioned that the car should never had passed New York State inspection with the tires the car was sold. [redacted] ###-###-####Desired Settlement: On October [redacted] after waiting for around two months; I purchased new tires. $350.00 plus installation $85.00 Total $435.00
