Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I spoke with him and let him know that another employee contacted Korea for parts and they did not inform us he had moved they referred us to this location in Tualatin As it was no longer under the Brand name and it did not match the name listed exactly in addition to the name or numberWe waited for a response from the Revdex.com As this equipment is leased under him he has promised that he is the same person and that he will be out on Friday to service replace the parts for free as well as bring the new filters we have requested If he keeps his word and we can get a new copy of our service agreement on Friday, I have agreed that I would happily report that this was a mistaken oversight and that he just hasn't updated his public records and he kept his word and provided the service in a timely manner.Sincerely, ***- [redacted] ***

RE: Complaint ID *** To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for notifying us of this situationI have contacted Ms*** and arranged to service their water purifier on this Friday, June 30th. I explained to Ms*** that her business may have inadvertently been missed in our
original notification to all our customers of our change of address and phone numberI also let her know that our Korean counterpart responded to their email request and had sent our current contact information to Jason L*** at Jibe Consulting on June 19th (I also received a copy of that email)No one contacted us after they received the corrected information.
