find anything online that appealed to him with the gift card bundle. (The gift cards direct you to specific shopping sites) I said I understood and asked him to forward his original documents to me so I could see what could be done. He told me he had them in his email but I have not seen them as of this writing. I am willing to help Mr. [redacted], but this store is under new management and I do not have any record of his original visit. Regards, [redacted]
