I was trying to figure out my payment history and why I was told I would be able to extend my contract if I wasn't able to make a payment and instead my contract was extended but whatever payment I made went towards the past due amount. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they were busy and they have their own work to do, they didn't have time. I was put on hold and passed around to a couple more people and I received different answers about my concerns and still no manager. I understand I'm not the only client I too am in management and at the end of the day my goal is to make sure my clients are satisfied with my inspection. Because I am representing a company not an individual. I gave one star because this was the only way to submit this review.
