I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I feel that customer service is the last priority of this dealership I have been in sales and guest service for years, I know all to well about customer service I have been a manager in the field for the last And one thing I know is you don't harass your customers into making a deal just because of their particular situation, mine being my credit isn't strongThis dealership deals and targets people with credit issues, so I can only imagine how many other have been done the same way as myselfSo I will break this down for you.Kelly Blue Book only recommend the retail price for a dealer for "fair market value" is $11,836, I was charged $12,(the second time), then forced to buy a $1,extended warranty.Max trade in value on this car is $8,581, so if thats all they actually gave for the tradeThen sold it to me for $12,990, please explain to me how they didn't make any money on this deal without adding an extra $1,warranty?As far as returning my car and canceling my deal, no such thing is going to happenBut after speaking to my attorney, I do feel that will be my next course of action
