We have looked at our records and have found the title to have no Lemon Law or Buyback brandings.  We are open to looking at doing a transaction with the vehicle as a trade in.

[redacted] does show a buyback.  Either way both of these companies simply gather information from various sources and package and sell that information to consumers, auto dealers, auto auctions etc. The Arizona title shows no branding for Lemon law, Buyback, or Repurchase.  We are willing to work with Mr. [redacted] and take his vehicle back in on trade if we can come to terms on a different vehicle he would like to purchase.

understand the title says nothing about the car being a lemon buyback however it says it on the car fax.  I spoke with 3 dealers and have been told the car is worth half what I paid.  If they feel there is nothing wrong with the car then give me what I paid for it and take the car back.  The car is a lemon buyback and I wasn't told this when I bought it. The dealership committed fraud .
