The Used Car Department is terrible My husband and I went to the dealership, met with a salesman whom my husband has known personally for many years and selected the car we wanted to buy They were going to be closed the next day but opened the following so they told us we could pick up the car on the day they re-opened We agreed They ran all our credit checks and had us fill out a mountain of paperwork Our credit came back excellentWe were concerned about the dealership being closed the following day and asked if we could put a $10,deposit down and they said no We asked if we could put down a deposit and keep the car overnight as other dealerships allow They said no We asked if there was anything we could do to ensure we would have the vehicle within hrs They reassured us that there were no issues and just to come back when they opened No worries The next day they were closed We called first thing the following day and the manager said yes, the car was ready and to come and get itWe left for the dealership immediately When we got there, the salesman came up to us and told us the car had been sold out from under usWe asked to look at similar cars, both used and new But no one offered us any more than a $1,off the new car We were so mad and upset! First, they did not keep their word and then they would not give us any discount for their foul upI will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever! Scam artists!

May 31, I took my Accent to Hyundai of El Paso for an oil changeService advisor came to me once oil was changed and said they recommend further services on my vehicleTwo of the five services recommended on their list were to rotate and balance the tires ($39.95) and install new air filter ($29.95)I asked why the tires needed to be rotated and balanced and was told the rear tires were worn and needed to be rotated to frontI told them they were crazy, I had just put new tires on the car a month agoI told them to bring me my carWhen I was at the cashier station I looked at the list again to see what the other recommendations were and I saw on their list, airI asked him what this was and he said the air filterI asked air filter on top by motor and he responded yesI said not the cabin air filter and he said no the engine air filterAt that point I told them they were crooks because I had stopped, purchased and installed a new air filter minutes before I got thereThe service advisor said let me check with the mechanicHe left and came back and said the recommendations were made due to the mileage on my carI told him I thought that was a poor way to do business, because it was obvious just by glancing at my tires they were new and I don't even know if they looked at the air filterThis is not the first time I have had issues with their business ethicsI only go there to have the oil changed so that the warranty on the motor will not be voidedI have experienced unethical business practices from them on past visits to their service departmentI have the receipt for the purchase of the tires and the air filter

We asked if there was anything we could do to ensure we would have the vehicle within 24 hrs. They reassured us that there were no issues and just to come back when they opened. No worries. The next day they were closed. We called first thing the following day and the manager said yes, the car was ready and to come and get it. We left for the dealership immediately. When we got there, the salesman came up to us and told us the car had been sold out from under us. We asked to look at similar cars, both used and new. But no one offered us any more than a $1,000 off the new car. We were so mad and upset! First, they did not keep their word and then they would not give us any discount for their foul up. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever! Scam artists!

I have never left any kind of negative or positive feedback for any business establishment; however, I did want to take the time to enter one for Hyundai of El Paso. The moment I entered into the dealership I was very pleased with how the employees/salesman treated me and in answering all of my questions/concerns of certain vehicles. I at no point felt obligated to purchase a new Hyundai. I was going in to find out specs on certain types of Hyundai and find out what kind of down payment and financing I would be in for. My salesman was polite, patient and most of all understanding of my situation and I felt he did what he could to help me get into a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are a first time buyer or want to have a hassle free experience. Thanks Hyundai for the experience.
