I have been working with Mr***, Volkswagen Customer Care and Volkswagen of America over the past week in order to get Mr***’s issues resolvedI have documented
all the issues concerning his vehicle and instructed Mr*** to contact me directly with any further problemsAs of today Mr*** tells me everything is working as it should and we have resolved all concerns.
At this time the car doesn’t qualify for Lemon Law Buy Back, however, in the event it qualifies in the future, I will gladly assist Mr*** through the process Also, Dick Hannah Volkswagen of Portland and Volkswagen of America have compensated Mr*** for his inconveniences
I am truly sorry for Mr***’s experience and have apologized to Mr*** directly. We will do our best to take better care of his concerns in the future
