hello, so this customer brought in the thermostat because her car was over heating and wanted us to replace it and we didso when her car kept over heating we checked the water pump and there was a leak so we replaced the water pump and flushed the radiator and replaced the coolantthe customer then came back that her car kept over heating so we explained to her that if she drove her car too long while it was over heated that her cylinder heads would crack and leakand we are more then willing to work something out with herwe cant do a full refund but we can refund her the laborshe can contact me at [redacted] thank you
