I-17 Collision

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the outstanding job that I-17 Collision has done with my car. It is getting harder nowadays to find car service businesses that go the extra mile to make their customer experience a great one and I am so glad that I took my car to I-17 collision. The price is reasonable esp with the AAA discount. The time frame is excelllent and having a loaner car that I used while my car was in their shop is something that I really appreciate. They will have my business again and I highly recommend them to my family and friends. Their business principle is admirable.

I have taken my vehicle, a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, to I-17 collision on two separate occasions. On both occasions, the service has been excellent. The quoting process is simple, straight-forward, and there isn't the dance you have to do with some companies if you're paying out of pocket. Also, if you have [redacted] they offer an out of pocket discount if you're not going through your insurance or don't have comprehensive coverage.
All repairs have a lifetime warranty. Not only are affected parts painted, but they color match and blend spray so you don't see any minor color variations. All parts used are OEM or OEM equivalent. If you have insurance, they will pay up to $500 toward your deductible, provide you with a rental car free of charge, and generally provide you with an easy experience. If you need a quote, you can even send in photos of the damage to get an initial estimate.
After my car was repaired, I noticed a few issues:
-The technician neglected to tighten the transmission fluid dipstick, so transmission fluid sprayed over the engine. Not only did they replace the transmission fluid, but they steam cleaned the engine free of charge.
-I noticed the windshield wiper fluid was leaking after the repair, and they replaced the windshield wiper reservoir free of charge.
-The headlights were a bit out of alignment, but this was quickly fixed in about 10 minutes, again free of charge.
-The vehicle was pulling a bit after the repair, so they sent it out for an alignment, again free of charge.
They also provided a loaner car, so I wasn't without a vehicle while the issues were resolved.
