All vehicles at I-35 go through a mechanical inspection process prior to being offered for sale. Occasionally deficiencies are missed but nothing as basic as an oil change. When items are missed or when breakdowns occur, we are very good...

at taking care of our customers and remedying the situation quickly. Repairing vehicles does require us to separate them from their owners while operations are performed. It is understood at the point of sale and signed to the fact that we do not provide loaner vehicles while routine repairs are being made.
Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2007 GMC Yukon from I-35 Credit Auto on February 14, 2015. As the general manager of this company, I was not informed of, and account notes do not reflect, any deficiencies in this vehicle until June 2, 2015 when the customer contacted the dealership to inform the office that she would be dropping off the vehicle for repairs to the brakes on June 5, 2015. This is nearly four months after the purchase of the vehicle and her claiming needed repairs in this complaint. The appointment set by Ms. [redacted] was not kept and we had no contact with her until June 8, 2015 when she called the office to inform us the vehicle had broken down. I personally retrieved the vehicle with our wrecker within 20 minutes of her call. She did not send a key or respond to our repeated attempts to contact her until 5 days later. The vehicle has been repaired and ready for pickup since June 17, 2105.
