Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
You state my number was incorrect yet your people have gotten a hold of me using that number in regards to returning the license, waiving the buyer’s premium, apologized on your behalf and agreed to pay me back for having to buy a new license. Now you state I threw my bidder number at a member of your staff? This right here is an act of slander since no such action has transpired. Now as for 'violating' a terms as you speak of what about the term that my license would have been returned to me? You all had violated a term before I refused to pay you all 175$ for losing my license and being rude to me about it and now on top of all of that you add slander to the list. As for me being denied key's because the 'auction had started' I watched as key's were still being given out to other participants in the action when they requested it. So why is it I was rejected for a set of keys when other participants were not? Didn’t this provide an unfair advantage to other auction goers that were given as you would put it special privilege? Or was I just being signaled out? What factored in to others still being able to obtain key’s?Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com 151 N Delaware re St #2020Indianapolis, IN 46204 RE: Case ID [redacted] Dear [redacted]:   We received-our letter regarding [redacted] complaint regarding her request for a background check. She first called our office in December 2016 demanding a refund...

for a background check that she did not complete. She was advised in writing by our COO DJ W[redacted] that we could not provide a refund and an explanation.  Ms. [redacted] did not respond to us until 2/20/2017.   Jo H[redacted] in customer support advised Ms. [redacted] that the Expanded Crimina l History Check that Safe Hiring Solutions conducts for the school district that requested the report was completed in a timely manner. The Indiana State Legislature passed into law last year a requirement that all school employees a also complete a DCS Child Index Check. This process is not easy or user fr iendly but we have worked with over 200 Indiana schools to make the process as easy as possible. The state still requires that the form be submitted with very specific data. Ms. [redacted]'s DCS form was rejected by the state twice. This is not uncommon as the we see about 40% of forms rejected because they do not provide address history back to 1998. After the second time, Ms. [redacted] refused to resubmit the form. She stated we "purposely make the form confusing". This is a state form not a SHS form or process. State law requires a school to have a completed DCS Index Check within 90 days.   Ms. [redacted] was adamant we did not complete the report and should refund her money. The background check consists of two parts: Expanded Criminal History Check (which is the expensive portion and was completed within a few day of her submission) A ND the state DCS check which is controlled by the state and she did not complete. We cannot refund money on a background check that was 90% completed and we paid for the information and labor and for the time we spent communicating with Ms. [redacted] to complete the DCS portion of the requirement.   Sincere ly, Michael M[redacted]   CEO
