I-5 Glass

I-5 Glass did a bid to relpace all the windows in my home. I got two other bids from window installation companies which were both around $2,800. I-5's bid was $5,753. I'm not sure if it is because I am a single woman and viewed as an easy target but was unimpressed nevertheless. In addtion, they are not competetive and are in the dark ages by not using technology to schedule or store their bids. I had to go in person to receive my bid for they never mailed or faxed it over. No one was able to help me for they did not store their bids in a computer system and the bidder was unavailable. In additon, I had to wait nearly 15 minutes before anyone was able to help me and ended up walking away empty handed.
