Review: We were put in a bottom for room, cockroaches were coming from the ac unit, and homes in the walls. The toilet backed up and was over flowing, went to the manager at 6 am for a plunger and he told us to wait for housekeeping to come at 9 am. He then you'd us to move rooms and we went upstairs. Our room had not had a functioning toilet for over a week. There are cockroaches everywhere, no fire extinguishers in any of the hall ways. They advertise the rent here at 650$ a month, we were charged 775$. They advertise that they have a pool, they don't, they advertise that they have breakfast, they do not. We get screamed at for asking for a plunger. Also, when they told us to change rooms they tried to put us in a room whose floor was soaking wet and smelled like feces. Cant go outside without seeing prostitutes and drug deals. Our car was set on fire here, and the manager refused to guff us the security footage then yells at us everyday about moving it. We stayed here because we were stranded and our options were slim, but no-one should have to live in conditions like this. Cockroaches everywhere, and backed up plumbing they don't fix.Desired Settlement: We would like our 775$ back for our inconvenience, and lack of service here. The conditions here are horrible, and being screamed at by management like a teenager who was caught sneaking out, because of their backed up plumbing.
