Review: Through the years with all the businesses I've dealt with I have never come in contact with a more inept and deceitful business. We had several problems with a Forest River toy hauler we purchased from this business. Before we even took it out for the first time there were issues. They did not inspect the toy hauler before we drove it from their lot and we were left with numerous problems that they did not resolve for us. They were rude, evasive and lied about the extended warranty we purchased for almost $2,000.00. We were told it covered everything in the toy hauler front to back. The ONLY thing that warranty is good for is electrical and mechanical. We now have a toy hauler that is non usable and we continue to make payments for something that is faulty at best. They care nothing about customer satisfaction and lied to us telling us they would locate another toy hauler like ours. we heard nothing from them and I located one in Missoula. I called to tell them and they did nothing. One of their salesmen "hung up" on me after saying, "by sweetie, gotta go". He didn't want to address our situation AT ALL. NO ONE should be treated the way we were treated. The owner should be ashamed of himself, his staff and we will never recommend I-90 Motors and RV to ANYONE and will steer people clear of his business anytime we know someone is in the market for a trailer/toy hauler. Shame on you!!!! RUDE~RUDE~RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: They could do what they told us they would do. NOT that we desire to own anything made by Forest River ever again, but telling us they'd locate a replacement and after I did they didn't pursue that for us. They never offered an apology or any type of support for what we were going through with a product they sold to us. They should "inspect" the trailers/toy haulers people buy from them and they don't!! Never returning calls, showing no respect or regard for one of their customers, BAD business.

The manufacturer of the coach (Forest

River) has chosen not to warranty the out of warranty coach. The customer failed to checks seals and

gaskets per the manufactures guide lines, every 90 days. The manufacturer’s warranty expired over a

year ago. It is vital that all new

campers be inspected regularly because they are new and problems can arise

within the first year that need to be addressed immediately, especially water

leaks. The customer admitted to the

water leak 6 months after purchase but failed to do anything about the problem.

The customers smear campaign is another matter and I have been told to forward

all comments to legal counsel.

Our RV slide broke in Garryowen, MT to where we couldn't use bathroom. No mobile service would come. All other RV repair places in the area wouldn't take us till Oct. In fact, I90 Motors is the ONLY place that will even do emergency service. Diagnosed the slide failure problem in under an hour, got the part ordered that afternoon (overnight expedited). Repaired at reasonable cost next am, then on our way by noon. Michael in service was great; he even got the slide opened enough so we could access critical Meds in bathroom. Sharla was the best. Made us feel at home. Free coffee, wi-fi, and everyone there made us feel like a part of their family owned/operated biz. If ever in Billings MT area, only take your RV to I90 Motors. They saved our vacation!

Very Dishonest never checked trailer before it left the lot.
