After coming back in to get the work done I’ve still experienced my car shaking when I go over 40mph and the car is also shaking when I am stopped. Therefore not all the issues were not addressed appropriately.

We apologize this customer’s experience was not as desired. We have our vehicles inspected by an independent mechanic before we make available to sell to our customers. When she called us about her car not passing inspection, we immediately made an appointment with her.We swapped out her tires for...

tires that were within specification standards and we believe she has since passed inspection Maine. The customer is correct in that we did not have an inspection sticker on the vehicle, used vehicles must pass state inspection in the location/state the car is registered, after the sale.The customer, herself, did not come in for the appointment. Two young men came in with the vehicle and noticed a tear in the new tire, at which point we immediately corrected and replaced tire. We did not charge her the $100.00 deductible, which is customary. We also had an independent mechanic confirm the vehicle’s alignment was straight. We, at I93 Auto, strive to make sure our customers happy, which is why start by selling our vehicles below market value. We always encourage our customers to speak about their experiences with us to gain insight on how we can better serve each and every one our customers to have a positive car buying experience.
