They had a glitch in there system that displayed the wrong information and pictures on a vehicle we purchased.
I turned on their "Online" auction to bid on a vehicle and when I did it was right on the car that I needed to bid on. I proceeded to bid and won the car for $5000. I went to look at my account to see what the total was for the car and it was a completely different car. I've spoken to several managers, their national buyer services and they require me to either pay the price for the vehicle ($5,544) or pay a penalty fee ($1000) to decline the car. Or not pay anything and have my account closed (my business relies on purchasing cars from them).
They simply will not do anything about this because they've never seen an issue like this before.
