I was contacted by an agent for IAB about health care. He told me this was a one time offer to me and then they would go on to another consumer. I asked if I could see the policies before I enrolled and they said no,
because what they offered could change and it would be false advertising to give me information on a product that they did not have available. They told me this policy would cover pre-existing conditions with no
exceptions, however this is not the case, it states that a pre-existing condition would not be treated for 12 months. I have called to try to cancel these policies I have been told that [redacted] is the only person I can
talk to, but he never answers his phone, I have left several messages to no avail, he did return a call after several hours of waiting but unfortunately I missed it. Supposedly you can cancel these policies within 30 days, but there is a $99
processing fee which I feel I should not have to pay since this product is not as I was told in coversation with the agent.
