I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
As it was stated in their letter the business says they return calls within hours. However, this was not
the case with me. I also did not receive the denial letter until after I spoke with her and told her that I would be filing this complaint for the why she handled her business. I still do not feel that the actual property we applied for was available at the timeI still feel that it ad for the property was a scam and after receiving our money we were then denied just to try to end the interactions with us

The complaint questioned the legitimacy of I & A Properties’ website, application process, and business. I assumed no response would be necessary since we are a legitimate and licensed business. Our website and application process had gone live approximately January 1, 2017, and would not have records of history that was an originally concern of [redacted] and resulted in the filing of the complaint. Our application and screening process is done though [redacted], Property Manager. Our office was required to do a security inspection to qualify to use this system. Therefore, all information provided to I & A Properties is secure. I believe I have complied with any inquiries regarding this complaint.
