Review: Had an [redacted] screen repaired. When I took it home after the repair I saw a tiny white dot in the screen. Brought it back they wanted me to pay for a new screen. I was under warranty and nowhere did it say that I was to pay for parts on my receipt. Told me it would take 45min ended up taking close to 2 hours. Now my phone will not turn off, I have no reception and there is still a white dot on the screen. I live 45 minutes away with twin toddlers and cant jump up and leave to sit for 2 hours while they fix my phone. Also I need to have a working phone in case of emergencies for my kids and work. So I am completely in a bind now. I cannot throw more money down the drain. And was not expecting a new phone bill I have to save for. I just want my phone fixed correctly and refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a working phone. I should get my money back for the time and multiple trips up there.
