I ordered a my buddy for a friend's birthday at the end of March and paid extra to have it arrive in time for the birthday The buddy not only did not arrive early as indicated, it did not arrive at all It has been two months and the company has only responded to two inquiries about the status of the buddy The first was to tell me that the buddy would be arriving on time the following week, and the second to tell me they were not sure what was going on with the buddy but they would check on it and get back with me that day I have made several attempts to contact them since then and finally asked to just receive a refund I still have not heard from the company I had no choice but to file a claim with [redacted] to have my money refunded As of today, the company has still not responded to [redacted] about the claim They were supposed to respond by today Perhaps I am only one of thousands that this has happened to and it will never happen again, but I would be remiss if I didn't let my experience be known so that others can be aware of the possibility of spending almost $and not getting the product ordered or a refund

The pattern of waiting two weeks and being told "two more weeks" persisted for nearly two monthsThere were emails when all *** had to say was "I'm not sure where your buddy is" or "I'm not sure when this will be delivered." A couple times I had to call *** for an update as she would not respond to emails
TWO MONTHS later, I was completely fed up (and it was way passed our boss's birthday), so I requested a refund in early January*** asked me to wait a little longer to receive my buddy before issuing a refundFor some silly reason, I agreed to wait one more weekShocking - ***'s deadline came and went and no buddy receivedI asked for a refund again
I was completely convinced at this point that your company was illegitimate and a total scamOur buddy finally arrived January ***, a whopping months late
The product's stitch work was embarrassingThere were loose threads at nearly every seam and two holes left un-sewnWe didn't even gift it to our boss because the product looked like trash
Thanks to your company, I had many headaches, no birthday gift, and lost time chasing down order statusesYour company has, by far, the worst customer service and procedures I've ever witnessed/experiencedI feel bad for the people who continue to be duped by your company

The first was to tell me that the buddy would be arriving on time the following week, and the second to tell me they were not sure what was going on with the buddy but they would check on it and get back with me that day. I have made several attempts to contact them since then and finally asked to just receive a refund. I still have not heard from the company. I had no choice but to file a claim with [redacted] to have my money refunded. As of today, the company has still not responded to [redacted] about the claim. They were supposed to respond by today. Perhaps I am only one of thousands that this has happened to and it will never happen again, but I would be remiss if I didn't let my experience be known so that others can be aware of the possibility of spending almost $100 and not getting the product ordered or a refund.

The website states that orders "take approximately 4-6 weeks to reach you from the receipt of payment." Since I was ordering a gift for a birthday that was a little over seven weeks away, I placed my order and submitted payment (approximately $85). After nearly six weeks had passed and I had not received my product or any communication from the company, I emailed them to check on the status of my order. They apologized for the delay and told me my order should ship in about another week and they would send me a tracking number. That was eleven days ago, and I have not received my product, a tracking number, or any other communication from them.

Review: On 11/*/14, I paid slightly over 100$ via pay pal which included rush shipping for a stuffed doll from this company. I purchased the product early AND paid for rush shipping to assure that the product would be recieved prior to Chirstmas. My son lost his father recently due to [redacted] and this is all he asked for. On 11/**/14, I received an email that the designers had completed their stage of the process and it would be sent for production. They also said I would recieve tracking information once it had been completed. I assumed it would be rather quick as I paid extra for express shipping. I call December [redacted] to inquire about the product and was told by a female voice that it was still in production but 100% guarteed that I would receive the prodcut "in plenty of time" for Christmas. I called one week later and one of the given phone numbers had been disconnected. The other phone had a message stating that the voice mailbox was full. I began to get nervous that it was a scam company but reviewed here and at scam alert and seemed legit. I emailed them asking for answers and to please send me a tracking number. No reponse. I called last week and the same female voice apoligized that I had not recieved the product. I again explained the importance of this gift. She said she would reimburse the express shipping fee. I have not received a reimbursement. I have called several times today and each phonecall states a message that they are on another line and to leave a message. I left a message and emailed again and still have had no reponse. Is there anything you can do to assist me? I still want this product as it is all my son wanted for Christmas. I am afraid this complaint will stop any progress in the production if any has been made. I am hoping that your agency can investigate soon to perhaps get me my product. Review: I ordered one an item from them and they have yet to send the item or refund my money. I will take wither one at this point, but it has been several months and they still refuse to answer emails or return phone calls. Any help in this matter and to help others from being scammed would be realty appreciated. Thanks [redacted]Desired Settlement: A refund or the item will do.
