Recently had a problem with another alarm company with a brand new installation. David *. of I Am Guarded came out right away, which I appreciated as I did not have any monitoring at that time. He arranged for Rodney to corrected the various errors and installed the missing parts the other alarm company did not install making the keypad and monitoring non functional, as there was no cellular communicator in the keypad,
Rodney was my serviceman , he is very good, patient and knowledgeable.
I was very pleased with the service of everyone involved and would certainly refer this company to anyone looking for alarm services.
