Review: On February 25, 2014 at 12:37pm EST I received my order confirmation email, on 2 pairs of Jordan's "Fresh Prince" & "Shanghai Shen" I purchased. My credit card was process and a total of $7**.00 were drafted out of my bank account, proving payment of purchase. The Fresh Prince were delivered on time and received, however the Shanghai's are yet to be received. Several emails were sent out to [email protected] questioning the "whereabouts" of the Shanghai's. A response was received from Mr. [redacted] however not on a timely manner nor was I given an explanation as to why there is an extremely delay on the Shanghai's. First response: " they should arrive shortly I will say by this saturday you should have them. Thanks for your patients and have a good day sir." Second response: "Thanks for notifying me. Yes I will look into them today and contact you with an estimated time. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patiences." Third response (a month later 3/24/14)-Sorry for the delay. I've spoken with the vendor they are set to release them this week I will contact you with the tracking information later tonight or tomorrow sometime. I will come through as promised." Fourth response (4/17/14)-I had totally forgot about that until I got this message from you. Because I had you marked as shipped and didn't realize that you ordered 2 pair of sneakers. I get lots of emails everyday and you have been patiently waiting and that I respect. I will follow thru I have your information and I will have them shipped out this week I will send the list to the vendor tonight to make this happen for you. Sorry for the delay [redacted] I will contact you with the tracking info as soon as I get it. I will have them expressed so it only takes about 3 business days to arrive." I received the tracking info however it was to the Fresh Prince!!!! I asked to provide the correct shipping and tracking number, never got a response. We are now in the month of May, have I been patient? YES, MORE THAN ENOUGH!!! I was highly recommended to this company , however i'm extremely disappointed with the delivery, customer satisfaction and communication. Will I purchase from "iamkickz" in the future? Of course not. Til this day i'm waiting on an answer from them regarding the delivery issue, non provided and i'm sure they will not provide one.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like the funds returned for the Shanghai Shen's. Do not trust the delivery of them anymore.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on March 21st 2013. The delivery information states on the website that it usually takes 5-15 days for products to ship. It is now June 6th and I still have yet to receive these shoes. I tried contacting this company on multiple occasions by phone and email and recieved only 2 responses. Both responses basically stated that they apologized for the delay and my order would be shipped shortly.Desired Settlement: The shoes were $215. I would like the shoes and a full refund plus an added incentive for my time and suffering if at all possible.

Review: I purchased a $311.00 pair of sneakers from Iamkickz.com on november 9, 2013 and after a long disputed transaction with this merchant which includes failure to deliver on time, no tracking number, no order status communication except for the order confirmation number, I was under the impression that I was ripped off by this merchant and proceed to place a stop payment request on my credit card. Late in december we finally got the sneakers and I proceed to call the bank again to let them know we received the merchandise and that is ok to pay the merchant. The owner of iamkickz called me to make all kind of threats which I reported and filed a complaint with the Williamson County Sheriff Dept about the money which I explained to him about the stop payment and that I also called the bank to proceed with the payment. Finally the re-billed transaction was successful the store got their money and I was under the impression I was done with this merchant for good but guess what? On Feb 28, 2014 this store Iamkickz.com charged me again another $311.00 to my credit card and now they are not responding to my calls or emails to cancel this second charge and refund the money. Stay away from this store if you don't want to be scammed, this store is an online fraud at best.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of second charge to my credit card and refund of money.

Review: On Friday, December 6, 2013, I purchased a $300.00 pair of sneakers from [redacted].com. After I made the purchase I received an email of confirmation for the item. On December 9, I emailed the seller, [redacted]r, stating that I needed a tracking number to track my order. He stated that it takes a couple of days to receive a tracking number and not to worry because I will receive my tracking number and will receive the sneakers before Christmas. Days passed and no tracking number. I emailed him again, and he said that I will receive the tracking number after the merchandise leaves and is scanned. On Wednesday, December 18, I finally received a tracking number, [redacted], and that number was not found. I emailed him asking him why is that number not found and he replied that the item probably was not scanned yet, and that it may take a few days to be tracked. On Friday, December 20, I tried tracking the sneakers again, no luck. It was still not found. I emailed and called him, and I had no response. Christmas Day comes, and my husband didn't receive the gift that I wanted to give him. It was devastating to me and our children.

It is sad that this person is out there scamming people. It is not fair. All I want is my money back and inform everyone not to order from [redacted].com again. Please someone help me with this matter.

Review: In December 2013 I purchased a pair of shoes that this company had. (The [redacted]) I purchased this shoe for 300. 00 dollars. My bank shows that the transaction was a success and I also received an e-mail from [redacted] at [redacted]@gmail.com stating that it was successful as well and that I should receive my shoes in a few days. After more than a month I e-mailed this company and asked for a refund since they have failed to comply with their company's policy. I have yet to receive a response. We began e-mailing back and forth beginning December 21, 2013 through Feb. 7, 2014Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the 300.00 dollars I paid for the shoes I didn't receive.
