Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they have not provided a valid tracking number, insisting I got to some third world website for valid tracking.The company has no phone number, and no valid street address When I asked them were they were located, all they would say is "Wyoming", and that the company is moving, but they wouldn't say where, and they would not provide a phone to number to talk to anyone I still have not received the shirtsEpic fail Regards, [redacted]

The tracking site doesn't require any software installation and provides the tracking code updates right away when opened: [redacted] As we clearly state on our webshop on several relevant pages (help/faq sections, shipping tab on all of the product pages etc.), the typical shipping time for customer's region is 5-days from shipping date but the customer filled a complaint once he didn't receive it within days from shipping.His order is shipped and is on the way, if he doesn't receive it within the communicated shipping time we will issue a refund of course

Hi there,The customer in question has received shipping confirmation email along with the tracking code. The reason why we were not able to cancel the order is that the customer contacted us several days after the order has already been processed and shipped out and we have no ways of cancelling the...

order once it's in transit which is also clearly explained in our webshop's return&refund policy. On top if it, we have clearly explained to him that once he receives the order he can contact us and we will send him instructions on how to send it back for a refund.Our contact details are publicly available on our webshop and were provided to customer but he demanded we tell him the physical location/address of our customer support center which we didn't disclose to him for obvious reasons.Kind regardshttp://www.iamsuperhero.com

I am rejecting this response because: The tracking code requires installing of some of web site,  [redacted] . I am not activating it because it isn't normal, and I think it may be a virus. In addition, the company will not provide tracking information, by plugging in my tracking number. [redacted]It only shows that it has shipped, I cannot view any progress of the shipment.
