Hello!I got very upset after reading [redacted] complaint. A lot of things he said aren't true. I never ignored him and always treated him very respectfully like I do all of my customers. I keep on contacting the company where he ordered the table from and they keep on...

telling me that the container is delayed.I offered to him to pick a different table, but he said that he will wait for the one that he originally ordered.It's not my fault that the container is getting delayed with his 93" table, I was nice enough to give him a temporary table since he wanted to wait for the original one and told him that as soon as the table he ordered arrives I will replace it for him. I don't even know in what condition the table I gave him temporarily is in right now, but I was willing to take that risk just to satisfy my customer. I asked the manufacturer to send me an email that proves that I'm not making up anything and that the container really did get delayed. Review: I [redacted]. purchased a dinning table and2 sofa beds from Italian furniture [redacted] from owner Isaac total cost $4,800

03/**/15 left deposit $1,800 ..

the dinning table I ordered is a 10 seater , table length 93"

03/**/15 delivered was a 8 seater , table length 78" with 10 chairs .owner isak said he didn't have it in stock which he said he did when I payed my deposit.. so he brought this smaller table temporarily instead of 93" table he said I would get my table may [redacted] as it is written on my contract/receipt with his signature.

03/**/15 I payed full in cash as he insisted $4,800

$3,000 for both sofas, $1,800 for dinning table

todays date is 8/*/15 and I still don't have my 93" table.

I tried to resolve this situation on my own , called him a dozen times,every time I call him he has a different excuse, tells me its still shipping or doesn't pick up on my calls ,. I ask for a exchange he says no , when I ask for a refund he tells me he has no money . I still have all the recipts and contracts

I am helpless at this point.

I have a big family I would appreciate if you could help me out

Review: April 2013 purchased Coaster Dining Room Set and another 4000.00 worth of furniture for my home. The second week one of the legs on the side chair broke. I called and they said they would order a new chair and call when it came in. About one month passes and now the arm chair broke. Again I called and they said bring chairs in. At this time I was speaking with [redacted] and [redacted] Back and forth we went to resolve chair replacement issue. They took and wrote down my telephone number 3 times and each time I called they seemed to misplace it. Another few weeks passed and we are now into August 2013. Now I brought the third broken arm chair in and [redacted] said his (sister/wife) [redacted]ordered new chairs and would be in shortly. . I then called in September came and no response , so I called now they wanted the invoice number, they have it in there file, was very confused. I then reached out to Coaster Company themselves and they advised me chairs under warranty and Italian Furniture Warehouse should replace. Now after about 20 emails to [redacted] from Coaster Furniture Company and about 30 phone calls no results. I then called an additional [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] and after 2 weeks I called her back and she now tells me it has been put in the [redacted] of dealer relations [redacted]. I have not heard from him at all on this matter. Just to not I and my family were without theses chairs for both Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. On a side note my neighbors is in the business of woodworking and looked at all the chairs. he said the wood they are constructed with is a very dry wood and brittle. So I guess I still need the replacements and hopefully the wood will be milled differently.Desired Settlement: replacement of chairs and extension of 1 year warranty

[redacted] came to our store asking us to fix the chairs that broke without a proof of purchase. He said he made a purchase in April, 2013 but it's not in our records. Since we always take care of our customers, we promised [redacted] that we'll order the replacement parts for him from "Coaster", the manufacturer and fix his chairs. So, we ordered the parts and fixed everything we could. We even gave him extra parts in case the chairs break again.

While speaking to us regarding the chairs, [redacted] also spoke to the Manufacturer of the chairs, "Coaster", requesting to send him brand new chairs.

Since we don't manufacture the chairs, it's up to the manufacturer to decide whether or not they want to send [redacted] brand new chairs. We spoke to "Coaster" today, they said they're working on it and will get back to us next week.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

A few facts need to be cleared up. First when I returned to complain about the chairs it was only one and as that was supposedly being handled (Janet ordered new chair) others started to break. They asked me to write phone number on a tear off disposable calander. After several weeks I returned to store at which time they then they asked for my invoice, although they looked up their copy in file. I again wrote my telephone number on the next months calendar sheet. Incidentally at the time of dining room purchase also bought tv table stand and full bedroom set. As to delivery that would have to be after construction people left as house was being rebuilt after a fire in the house July **, 2012.
