I Auto Sales LLC is a buy here pay here Dealership. We have signs and documents stating no refunds. We do not make exceptions due to the fact that customer’s will sometimes damage or remove things from vehicles and we would have to pay to have checked and repaired and or items replaced. This...

customer also drove the vehicle for 4 days at her own admission and then decided she didn’t want the vehicle. We are not a rental company or a loaner company so we do not allow people to just take our vehicles. This customer made no complaints about the vehicle so it looks like a case of buyer’s remorse.
