Review: I took my cell phone to I-CELL REPAIR to have my cracked screen fixed. The screen still worked properly it was just difficult to see through the cracks. I was quoted a price of $95 for parts and labor and a two hour time frame to fix the phone. They also let me know they'd have to order the part. The part came in on 2/19/13 and I took my phone in that day to have the screen replaced. When I came back in two hours they let me know they ordered the wrong part, destroyed the original part so they couldn't put my phone back together and it would take two days to order the new part and have it arrive. I waited two days for the new part to arrive and have them repair the screen. When I picked up my phone with the correct part installed on 2/21/13 the touch screen did not work properly nor was it installed properly. There are certain parts of the screen that do not respond when you touch them. Also, the screen is flush at the top of the phone but completely sticks up at the bottom. I can get my finger nails under the screen and lift it up and see inside the phone. I called them on 2/22/13 to let them know it was installed incorrectly and I would bring it back on 2/23/13 so that they could try to fix it. After another two hours I was told that the screen could not be fixed and this is the best they could do.Desired Settlement: Since I cannot use my phone properly due to their poor workmanship, and after two attempts it seems that they cannot fix the problem adequately, I would like I-CELL REPAIR to pay for a new Verizon smart phone of my choice.

At this time, I have not been contacted by I-CELL REPAIR regarding complaint ID [redacted]. In fact, I went to the mall office, got the name of the owner and his phone number and had reached out to him to request satisfaction for my claim. I called the owner, [redacted], on 3/21/13 and have not received a response to date.
