I. D. Management

Very briefly, I.D. Management, [redacted], owner, was contracted by me to provide an online program for my online business. The company failed to provide the requested program, and failed to provide a working alternate program. The requested programming was to be fully operational with specific parameters no later than April 23, 2014. On the morning of the live event, Saturday April 26, 2014, where this program was to be used, the program had been completely altered and was completely unusable. Multiple attempts to explain and have corrections made were eventually just disregarded and I was not contacted again by either the programmer or the company owner to verify product satisfaction or working order.The program was not only to be used as an interactive game for my business, but was also to be used during this live event as an event activity for the attendees and other paying vendors. I also have video of the actual playing of all 5 game programs, showing how incomplete and inferior the final product is.
