I recently had ID TRANSPORT ship a motorcycle from Florida to ny I used this shipper as their rating seemed to positiveBut after the lies and damage I wish I had used the other carriers I had seenID TRANSPORT guaranteed me day delivery n it once but times before I gave my credit info the bike showed up not but days lateThe driver *** was given a place by myself to unload bike with very easy access and lightingHe decides to drive blocks away to another location very dimly lit unloads bike quickly has it running before my son who was to meet him to inspect then rushes to leave.also the bike was covered in dirt and dust so even if there was good lighting you still wouldn't have seen damage until after a good wash had been completed After I washed bike and inspect bike I find scratches in chrome belt cover and a dent in rear fenderI contact *** at ID TRANSPORT which was days later only bexause I couldn't get to bike for work reasons which was explained to driver *** and ***.*** tells me no problem we Wil cover damage get estimate I get estimate send toThen and just as expected was avoided like the plagueFinally after tryin to leave HONEST review on their website was I contacted that no damage was done by driver ..which is a lie because I have the owner I purchased from saying there was no damage and his wife ...now I'm stuck with in damages ..please find another shipper these people are fraud*** very DISSATISFIED customer
