Customer brought their mechanic prior to purchase for independent inspectionThe vehicle was a passenger van but they wanted to make it I promised to provide additional seat which we did, they refused to wait for the seat to be bolted in and decided to pick the seat and have their own
mechanics install the seatCustomer’s wife then called weeks later and wanted money, when told to bring the van back for any repairs they refusedShe was very offensive on the phone and refused to have her problems addressed

I am rejecting this response because: what was the 1602 because everything that's wrong does not happen between six and twelve months if I have to I will call bank say truck is not drivable cancel loan and they can have it back
Regards,

Customer bought 2002 [redacted] a year ago on 3-28-16. This truck was sold without any warranty and it was inspected by an independent mechanic garage prior to sale. We spent $1602 in repairs before we got it retail ready. The inspection station number is listed on the inspection stickers....

Most of the work was done by [redacted]'s auto repair ###-###-#### and [redacted]'s garage. We relay on 3rd party mechanics to make sure the vehicles inspected properly but customer can bring the issue with the inspection station.

First of all, the man yelled at my wife. Very unprofessional. 2nd I asked for him to do a inspection and he refused. 3rd. He said he had the passenger's seat available and when we picked up the van he said he did not have it. We went to his ship to pick up the seat and they did not have all the parts to put the seat in. We have to pay $50 for the additional seat parts. But still about the inspection, he lied about not being able to do it early and if an inspection was done it would of not passed and he would have had to do repairs. The customer is always right and my wife was not rude because I monotered the call
