I am rejecting this response because prior to contacting the Revdex.com I tried to set up arrangements to get another vehicleI even suggested it, and a cosigner and other options, but no one was willing to work with meI spoke with a general manager named Scott who hung up on me and told me he did not want to speak with me when I tried to resolve the situation; days after my original car purchase dateI have continued to be harassed by staff at the dealershipMy family (which are not listed in my file--they are calling people that I have referred to Malloy Hyundai) have been contacted via phone, text and in person about my situation and have been given private informationI have been contacted by fraudulent police officers claiming they were going to have me arrestedA family member who is not listed in any of my files was told they would give him money to get me to come in with the vehicle I purchasedI have been told all kinds of things from different people at the dealership, people pretending to be managers, telling me they cant work with me, now they canI am not sure whats going on, but the matter is being investigated

The incorrect paperwork has been sent for cancellation and new forms were completed with the correct vehicle serial number. No refund will be sent, we cancelled the wrong one and registered the right one.Thank you,Tua S[redacted]
